Bulk data retrieval for a Tier 1 Bank

A global bank was asked to produce call data for 24 custodians dating back 7 years. This totalled 300,000 individual call recordings with Libor irregularities being the cause.
Data was stored on a combination of DAT and network accessed storage [NAS]. 14 JP Reis consultants worked double shifts at the client location. They used proprietary recovery tools to run queries based on time and date stamps. The team worked within established quality assurance and security protocols to ensure the appointed governance supplier received all data, accurately referenced and stored in the required format. This type of data mining requires experience, expertise and no little stamina. Our team performed outstandingly and was invited to perform subsequent project stages during the year.

This exemplifies our level of sophistication in this area which is part of the reason for launching our Unified Compliance service.
