JP Reis helped a well-respected, mid-sized investment bank to migrate from its legacy TDM system to Cisco IP Telephones.
The disciplines we have developed on the largest international migration projects equip us to deliver a high level of project management for smaller assignments. Even when the user numbers are relatively low there are still human, functional and logistical complexities to overcome. Without the required expertise, projects can slip drastically against time and budget targets and cause considerable disruption.
This project saw 3,000 devices migrated across 17 locations. JP Reis consultants worked with the bank’s network engineering team to design the new system, configure the dialling plan and deliver a smooth deployment. Our team performed user interviews and designed the new dialling plan accordingly. We delivered user acceptance training and managed the CUC design.
NB. JP Reis is independent of all manufacturers and does not resell telecom equipment.
